About Lydia Phillips Makeup

Lydia is a passionate freelance makeup artist with a Bachelor Honours in Specialist Makeup. Based in and around Hertfordshire, with a broad range of expertise and knowledge.

Having been born a little different with multiple fingers and no thumbs, this sparked curiosity into the world of makeup at a young age and kick started her career path.

Offering a range of services from bridal makeup to wig making, no matter the job size the client is always at the heart of what we do. We treat every client as an individual with their goal in mind and we deliver high quality service every time.

 

She has a background in Fine Art at Level 3 which she studied for two years before progressing onto training in makeup for three years gaining her degree at Levels 4, 5 and 6. She also trained in airbrushing with Airbase. She is trained in body painting including airbrush, airbrush makeup, postiche and wigs, prosthetics, SFX, period hair and makeup, beauty makeup, hair and makeup for film, theatre and television and camouflage makeup.
